This Privacy Policy describes the ten principles that Nelms Group follows to ensure that we protect your Personal Information when we collect, use, or disclose it while carrying on commercial activities in Canada. The kind of information we collect

Nelms Group  gathers and uses Personal Information in order to provide you with the services you have requested, namely: information that is required to effectively plan and rent; and to otherwise provide professional and competent rental and planning services to guests ,as well as, to ensure that you are satisfied with the services we have provided. Nelms Group may also use your Personal Information to update you about our services and to offer you additional services that you may be interested in.

If you visit our website, we do not collect Personal Information about you unless you provide it. All information that you do provide us with is securely maintained and kept strictly confidential.

When you use the “Stay With Us” feature on the website to request more information about the property, you agree to provide Nelms Group and the host receiving the request with your personal information.

How we use your information

At Nelms Group we use Personal Information for three general purposes:

  1. To communicate with you to provide you with our rental services.
  2. For inclusion in documentation relating to your rental transaction.
  3. Transactional information to monitor our level of service and report back to you to ensure your satisfaction with the provision of such services.

With whom we may share your information

(i) Nelms Group employees

Client and independent broker files are stored according to the sensitivity of the information contained therein.
